Product Description
1- The unit gives the boxes to the conveyor.
2- The unit fills and seals the liquid using a double cylinder through the rotary table, then delivers it to the conveyor.

3- The unit fills the gas using four gas cylinders, and then it is returned via the conveyor to complete the process.
4- The unit does not work unless the carrier is working. Liquid is not filled if the can is not arrived, and gas is not filled if the valve is not positioned.

Working principle

Operators place empty cans into the rotary feeder, and the cans begin automatically moving on the conveyor. In the second unit, empty cans automatically enter the rotary star system for filling and folding. It has two filling nozzles and one pressure head. The filling process is carried out with a complementary system, where the first nozzle fills half of the can, and the second nozzle fills the remaining half, which makes the filling process much faster. After the packing process, the operator manually places the valves into the pre-packed cans, and these valves are then automatically folded.

After the filling and folding process, the cans move to the third and final gas filling unit. It contains two gas filling heads (it can be 4 depending on the request and the volume of gas to be filled in the container). After the gas filling process, the containers move on the conveyor until they reach the packaging stage, where operators place actuators and caps on the valves to end the production process.

Using and maintaining the machine is very easy and simple.

The machine only works in the following cases:
- Sufficient air pressure is provided
- The conveyor is moving
- Do not start filling the liquid if the can is not empty
-Do not start the folding process if the box is not in place
- Do not start the gas filling process if the container is not folded
- Do not start the gas filling process if the required gas is not supplied
Filling of liquids and gases is carried out with precise volume and high precision. The machine is pneumatic, and the only electric motor is the conveyor motor.
