General characteristics:

The fish arriving in the tank are transferred to the line using a tank tilting machine.

Fish coming from the feed conveyor are weighed in the dynamic weighing unit with an accuracy of +/- 5g.

Thanks to the gradual acceleration unit, the products are given the correct distance and thus accurate weighing.

The weighed fish is transferred to pots designated according to their weight.

The HD-BIGLINE-200-12 fish grading line (levrek, çipura) is designed with 12 heads and has head capacity options of 6, 6+6, 8, 8+8, 12 or 12+12 as needed.

It features an easy-to-use interface with a 10-inch touch screen.

There are grouping options based on quantity or weight indicator, and when the pan reaches the required weight or quantity, it is notified with a soft warning.

Thanks to the automatic pot lid, the filled pot lids close automatically.

The pan can be reset thanks to the touch button on each pan.

Information about the filled box is automatically printed on the product label designed in the HDKONTROL software using a thermal printer.
