FLM 601 Cup Sealing Machine

• The machine aims to store and transport solid, liquid, and powdered foods in a healthy manner for a short period and in a tightly sealed way.
• The application is intended for plastic and paper cups.

Working Principle:
• At a temperature ranging between 100°C and 150°C, the device adheres the special food-grade plastic film made of PC material to the surface to be applied using heat and pressure.
• Thanks to this strong adhesion, there is no leakage or spillage.
• The lifespan of the covered cup is one day. The purpose of covering the product is to transport it in a healthy and tightly sealed manner, not for storage.
• The machine covers the cup opening with a diameter of 75 mm with foil using standard equipment. Depending on the need, mold options with diameters of 95 mm or 135 mm are available.
