Financial Manager in Istanbul

A leading consumer goods company, FMCG, is looking for an outstanding Finance Manager with extensive experience and exceptional skills to join its team.

Roles and responsibilities:

Managing all financial activities of the company.
Preparing and implementing the company's annual budget.
Monitoring, following up and analyzing the company's financial performance.
Preparing periodic financial reports and submitting them to senior management.
Inventory management and cost control.
Communication with banks and financial institutions.
Supervising and directing the financial work team.
Contributing to the preparation of the company's strategic plans.
Any other related tasks.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in the field of financial management,
He holds an MBA in Accounting.
Excellent skills in using accounting computer programs, such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Odoo
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
Punctuality and accuracy in work.
Good knowledge of the FMCG sector and its financial best practices.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
