About the Job
As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective performance of the group by providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
General Qualifications
Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Proficiency in MS Office programs (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary would be an advantage
Job Description
Answer and direct telephone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and seek new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Provide and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
Communicate with executive assistants and senior administrators to handle requests and inquiries from senior managers
