Basic tasks:
1. Receiving and directing incoming calls from patients and clients with skill and professionalism.
2. Providing the necessary information about hospital services, booking procedures, and costs.
3. Identify the needs of patients and clients and provide appropriate advice and guidance.
4. Organizing appointments, setting patient schedules, and coordinating with the medical team.
5. Follow up with patients and clients after treatment and ensure their satisfaction and meet their ongoing needs.
6. Recording and documenting important information in the database system.
required skills:
- Proficiency in at least two languages, including Italian and English. Proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage. Required languages: (Arabic - English - French. Italian - Spanish - Hebrew)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with customers in a polite and friendly manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing environments and working with diverse teams.
- At least one year of experience in the field of call center, plastic surgery, and hair transplantation for SLES, and at least three years of experience for Team Leader applicants.
