We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our business training & Consultancy company and online training website platform as a Data Management and Coordinator Employee. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our systems & platform, coordinating various training programs, and ensuring smooth operations for our online training platform. :Responsibilities
Data Management : • Accurately input and update information related to training & development programs through R&D and deep research, participants, and other relevant data into our database and platforms. • Maintain data integrity by conducting regular audits and cross-checking information for accuracy. • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
Coordinator Duties: • Assist in the coordination of various training & development programs, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and organizing logistics, beside online webinars, training & coaching sessions & meetings. • Communicate with trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training events. • Prepare training materials (handouts), ensuring they are readily available for trainers and participants. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of training materials and resources. • Online Training Platform: • Manage user accounts on our online training platform, including registration, access, and troubleshooting. • Monitor and respond to user inquiries, providing excellent customer service, orientation and technical support. • Coordinate with the technical team to address website-related issues and implement improvements. • Assist in the creation and maintenance of online training content, including uploading materials and ensuring proper categorization.
Documentation and Reporting: • Prepare reports on training activities, attendance, assessments, reports, and participant feedback. • Maintain accurate records of training-related documents, such as attendance sheets, feedback forms, and evaluation reports. • Contribute to the development of standardized procedures and guidelines for Data Management and coordination tasks.
Administrative Support: • Provide general administrative support to the team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing correspondence, printout. • Assist in the coordination of marketing activities, including email campaigns and social media updates. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications: • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration a related field; additional certification in Data Management or administration is a plus. • Proven experience in Data Management , administrative support, or coordination roles. • The candidate should be aware of Adobe Premiere for basic video editing and Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation • A general awareness of WordPress • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficient in using database systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM,) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Familiarity with online training platforms or learning management systems LMS is desirable (even as user).
