We are looking for a committed and creative Data Entry and CRM Administrator to join our team. Your role will be key to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Roles and responsibilities:
Plan and implement CRM strategies to improve customer experience
Analyze data and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of customer relationship management strategies.
Directing employees to use the CRM system and ensuring their effective interaction with it.
Coordination between various departments to ensure the accuracy and continuity of customer data.
Requirements:
Experience working on CRM programs such as (Zoho-Bitrix24)
Previous experience as a CRM Administrator in the medical tourism industry
Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data
