Weighing is done using a linear scale with a pan, used for filling granular and powdered products. It is ideal for packaging products such as pasta, sugar, candies, nuts, legumes, and detergent granules with precision and speed. The entire system is controlled by a PLC with a Delta touch screen. It fills heat-sealable packages, consisting of two or three layers of laminated materials. Pillow-type bags, gusseted pillow bags, and stand-up pouches are installed. The metal surfaces are coated to resist corrosion. Support will be provided by field technicians for training and installation.
