In this system, everything is done automatically by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control. The presence or absence of the cap is indicated by audio and visual notifications. The covered box is automatically transferred to the pressing section by being discharged into the elevator. The caps, which are aligned in the same direction on the line, bring the cap to the product's nozzle via the cap path. The machine takes the cap and performs the pressing and tightening process using the upper pressure conveyor. Thus, the process is completed
