Call Center - Customer Service

A leading company in the field of international shipping near the Mall of Istanbul announces its need to supplement its current staff with the following positions:

1. Call center (telemarketing) - 2. Customer service (shipment tracking)
Conditions for applying for the job:
1. The presence of a temporary protection card/tourist residence card issued exclusively by the state of Istanbul
2. Previous experience of at least two years in customer service, call center, or after-sales service

3. At least 6 months previous experience in logistics/shipping/export or similar field
4. Arabic speaker with an acceptable level of English/Turkish

5. Experience using a CRM program

6. Age between 22 to 28 years exclusively (males or females)
