·      Mixer is double speed adjustable (700 rev / min and 1400 rev / min). It is used in both milk and powder preparation. Speed adjuster driver is used.

·     Owing to the high speed setting option of the mixer, the powder is mixed homogeneously without lumps.

·    (Product reservoir) walls are double walled and polyurethane insulated. It ensures that the food in the boiler is completely distributed and stays at the same temperature until it is finished.

·     The heating system operates with 380 volts, 2 electrical resistance suitable for the capacity of the reservoir.

Heating water in the bowl placed at the bottom of the food bowl it is heated by 2 electrical resistors which are 380 volt electricity and are suitable for the capacity of the chamber.

Heated water and the formula in the boiler-milk (Burning-Bain Marie Method) is brought to the desired temperature healthy.

·     There are thermal magnetic switches. During the heating process, thanks to its mixer, it heats every cm2

of the milk at equal temperature.

        To make pasteurized ; the  milk placed in the hopper is heated to 60-65°C, It is kept at the same temperature for 30 minutes and pasteurization is provided.  At the end of the pasteurization, the hot water at the bottom of the hopper is discharged and cold water connection is made instead. With the cold water circulation, the formula-milk in the hopper is brought to the desired temperature (38-42 C). The temperature of the product in the boiler can be adjusted as desired.

·      If the product is not intended to be pasteurized ; the milk in the bowl is brought to the desired temperature (38-42 C) and served.

·      If the amount of water in the heating water tank decreases, the heating system does not start and gives an audible warning. In this way, electrical resistances in the heating system are protected against possible failures.

·      It has an electrically driven unloading gun. The unloading gun is powered by a rechargeable battery placed on the machine.

·      During the product distribution, the product temperature in the boiler can be seen on the digital display.

·      The battery charge is timed. When the machine is connected to the mains, the battery starts charging and when the charging is completed, the mains power cuts off automatically.In this way, possible damages

are prevented due to the battery being charged longer than necessary.

·      Through to the stainless steel surface, the entire movable part is placed downwards and is extremely easy to clean. Wash to inside the boiler at end of work, the unloading gun is inserted into the slot in the boiler and is circulated. Dirty water is easily discharged through the bottom drain valve and rinsed with clean water.
