BKT-500 Cylinder and Disc Lathe

This machine bears the code BKT-500 and is a brake disc and drum lathe specially manufactured for grinding the wear surfaces of brake discs and drums in automobile range with high precision.

Our lathe grinds brake discs for automobile range. The drum and disc lathe features high working precision.

The operator can quickly and easily transition from disc grinding to cylinder grinding with the help of a cylinder and disc lathe.

The rotation speed of our lathe motor is two-stage, rotating at 45/90 rpm.

Thanks to this, the required surface quality is achieved to the maximum extent thanks to our drum lathe.

With the cylinder and disc lathe, special steel tools are available for grinding both discs and cylinders for all cars and the required PCAP range.

The diameter of the disc lathe axis is 25mm. It is designed so that it can be installed on the machine axle without gaps, without having to remove the bearings from the axle section of the drum of existing vehicles, reducing manual labor. This reduces time loss for the operator and ensures an error-free grinding process
