Wego Markets announces its need to appoint an experienced operations employee.
Job duties:
· Coordinating, organizing and following up on the company’s daily operations.
· Dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal work teams in a professional manner and effective communication skills.
· Ability to manage projects and achieve set goals in a timely manner.
· Attention to work details and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
· Prepare regular reports and analyze data to support management decision making.
Job Requirements:
· Fluency in the Turkish language and the ability to speak it with confidence.
· Previous experience working in a similar position.
· Proficiency in English is preferred.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with multinational work teams.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT related programs.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Additional details:
· Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00
