• At least five years of experience in supervising construction works
• Mastering the Turkish language, speaking, reading and writing
• At least two years of experience in the construction sector in Turkey
• Experience in construction materials and their types in the Turkish market
• The ability to create and innovate
• Owning a vehicle that ensures ease and speed of movement
• The presence of similar previous works
