Responsibilities and Duties
o Manage daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment, including overseeing reception duties and maintaining regular contact with building management and third-party vendors.
o Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement, anticipating needs and maintaining adequate stock levels
o Handle office maintenance and repair issues as needed
o Provide administrative support to executives and employees, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
o Responsible for making offsite purchases as needed.
Assist with budget preparation and monitoring of office expenses.
o Coordinate HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field-
· 1 – 3 years of experience in administrative support-
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.-
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-
· Fluency in Turkish is essential, along with proficiency in either Arabic or English.-
