A translation and media services company needs an administrative coordinator with the following conditions:
#Work conditions:
- University education level.
- At least two years of experience in administrative work.
- Complete proficiency in the English language.
- Experience in the field of journalism and media in general.
- Complete knowledge of dealing with emails.
- Proficiency in working on the computer.
- The age should not exceed 30.
- Full-time and can handle work pressure.
- Legal residence in Istanbul.
- Working from the office in Istanbul.
# Functional tasks :
- Coordinating work and correspondence between work teams.
- Coordinating work between clients and the company.
- Electronic correspondence.
- Organizing work programs (working hours) for work teams.
- Follow up on the production of work teams.
- Implementing management directives.
- Ensuring the workflow between the company’s departments in an organized and rapid manner.
- Speed in performing assigned tasks.
- Follow up on customer correspondence and communications.
Work features:
The salary is good in Turkish Lira.
One day off per week and Saturday half-time.
