Administrative Assistant - Hybrid in Istanbul

Job Description:

We seek an Administrative Assistantto provide comprehensive support to our company, ensuring smooth operations.

  Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.

  • Keep up all filing and follow-up and resolve paperwork-related tasks for audteye and its companies in Turkiye and overseas.  

  • Write, translate, and edit documents, messages, and emails as needed.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and employees.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.

  • Equipped with problem-solving skills and a positive approach to resolving obstacles. 

   The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred, and Turkish is a plus.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.

  • Experience in a multicultural remote company is beneficial.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
