Job Description:
We seek an Administrative Assistantto provide comprehensive support to our company, ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
Keep up all filing and follow-up and resolve paperwork-related tasks for audteye and its companies in Turkiye and overseas.
Write, translate, and edit documents, messages, and emails as needed.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and employees.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
Equipped with problem-solving skills and a positive approach to resolving obstacles.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred, and Turkish is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Experience in a multicultural remote company is beneficial.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
