Job Description:
We are seeking an organized Administrative and Accounting Assistant to provide support in both administrative and financial tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our company.
Responsibilities:
Administrative:
Schedule appointments and manage travel arrangements for executives.
Maintain organized filing systems and manage paperwork for the company and subsidiaries.
Write and edit documents and communications; prepare reports and presentations.
Address administrative challenges proactively.
Accounting:
Enter accounting entries into financial software accurately and efficiently.
Perform financial reconciliations with customers, suppliers, banks, and shipping companies.
Prepare official sales invoices.
Provide direct support to the Financial Manager, prioritizing assigned tasks to ensure swift completion.
Ideal Candidate:
Preferred: Turkish citizenship or temporary residence (Kimlik).
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in Arabic, and Turkish.
English Language Proficiency is a Plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles.
Experience in working with cloud-based accounting software like Zoho, Odoo and Xero.
