Job Opportunity: Administrative Affairs Officer
We announce in our charitable organization the availability of a job opportunity for an Administrative Affairs Officer.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Follow up on employee affairs (attendance, departure, vacations, recruitment and employment, etc.).
Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, finance teams, and department managers to ensure smooth workflow.
Implement institutional decisions and policies and ensure employee commitment to them.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in the field of administrative affairs.
Strong and leadership personality with the ability to direct and control the team.
High organizational skills and the ability to withstand work pressure.
Advanced proficiency in Turkish.
Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems.
