We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
-    Identify and develop new business opportunities.
-    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
-    Present and promote our training solutions to prospective clients.
-    Achieve and exceed sales targets.
-    Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
-    Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
-    Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role.
-    Strong sales and negotiation skills.
-    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-    Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
-    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
