A flexographic printing machine for colored paper cups with four colors at a speed of 100 meters per minute

It can automatically control the winding paper tension control system. The paper receiving table has an automatic pressure rod. It is equipped with an inflatable air gun.

Feeding power unit: To ensure top printing accuracy, the feeding unit is equipped with automatic control technology. It has 4 sets of flexo colors, a ceramic anilox roller with helical gears, a printing plate roller, and a high-precision engraving roller. The wall plate and frame are 4.5 and 2.0 mm thick, effectively eliminating machine vibration and making it more robust and durable. It includes one set of ceramic anilox rollers (4 in total, optional for the customer); the horizontal motor adjusts the focus, registration, and large printing plate roller. It has 4 sets of single-blade reverse scraping systems, the plate roller is loaded and unloaded by the shaft and both ends are pneumatically controlled; the printing plate pressure is quantitatively adjusted. It has 4 ink transfer rollers.

Our machine is equipped with a short-wave infrared (IR) heating and drying system with adjustable temperature. After releasing the pressure at each station, the plate roller continues to rotate for a short period to keep the printing plate clean, as it takes 5 seconds to transfer ink from the printing plate to the paper.
