We are looking for a *call center* for an educational consulting and student services company
Minimum qualifications and experience required:
- A relevant university qualification or a university student who has not graduated
- Previous practical experience in a call center of at least one year, exclusively in the field of educational consultation
- Experience in the Turkish market and information about private Turkish universities, admissions and their systems
- Bearing work pressure and following up with students
- Ability to adhere to work hours and conditions of work
- Working knowledge of CRM Bitrix
Required: Full time from the company headquarters
With a monthly salary + percentage
