We're looking for a well-motivated productive candidate to join our sales team as a Telesales Representative who can reach potential and existing leads directly by phone to encourage them to buy the company's treatments and offers. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be patient and have a persuasive and persistent nature.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

- Communicate with patients to understand their requirements and needs.

- Convert patients' inquiries into sales opportunities.

- Address any questions or issues the patients may have.

- Enter and update patient’s information into the database.

Qualifications:

- 2 to 4 years experience in a similar role in the healthcare field (preferable).

- Strong knowledge of CRM (ZOHO).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- English (Fluent)
