We are an engineering trading company, we are looking for a technical assistant who will work with the company general manager.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update the company database.
- Prepare presentations and update the company catalogues.
- Attend meetings and take the minutes of the meeting.
- Prepare the quotations and send them to clients and follow up with them.
- Develop campaign ideas to market the company’s products and services.
- Take care about the social media platforms; create posts, follow them and reply to any received comments.
- Provide a proper plan for better engagement with customers.
- Can reach clients and introduce the company products and services to them.
- Conducting market research to determine the target audience’s needs, interest, habits.
- Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent in English writing and speaking.
- Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable
- Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, customer relationship management and other relevant software
- Have a good experience to work with office programs and photoshop
- Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making
- Creativity, adaptability and familiar with current marketing trends
- Project management skills, like goal-setting and deadline management
- Great organization, time management and prioritization abilities
- Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
- Having Turkish citizin.
