Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking for a Recruitment Resources to join our International Recruitment Team!

HeadHunters agency for recruitment and Staffing/ Akaylife is seeking a candidate who can support the recruitment and hiring process by managing different hiring channels.  

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Place job ads on different local and international platforms.
• Manage the candidates’ data from different channels.
• Conduct searches on the company database or online job boards to find candidates with relevant skills.
• Creates compelling job descriptions to attract top candidates.
• Remains up-to-date on the requirements of the various positions in the company.
• Keep all of their records up to date; keeping track of the relevant candidate and client information in the company’s database.
• Stay up to date on the sector you’re working in, staying up to date with market pay rates, contract types, clients that may be looking to recruit in the future, and companies that are going to be making redundancies.
• Manage the LinkedIn account and the related professional social media accounts.
• Build the official website with the coordination with of the web developer.
• Do the Orientation for the newly joined employees to Akaylife and other clients.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management preferred or equivalent experiences.
• 1 year HR experience is preferable.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Languages:

• English (Fluent). 
• Turkish (Preferable). 
• Arabic (Preferable).
