Project Coordinator 

We are hiring a Project Coordinator,

 

Brief:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing  and organising all types of the organisation projects.

The Project Coordinator needs to work closely with the Project Management to prepare comprehensive work plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets. also, needs to coordinate tasks, such as managing schedule and risk, along with administrative tasks, such as maintaining project documentation and handling financial inquiries. To succeed in this role, he/she must have excellent time management and communication skills, in addition to collaborating with the stockholders and internal teams to deliver results to deadlines.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Fully manage projects from several aspects.

  • Cooperate with the Project Manager to prepare project proposals in Arabic and English Languages. 

  • Analyse risks and opportunities.

  • Oversee project procurement management.

  • Work with the project team to prepare plans, surveys and assessments. 

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.

  • Assigning tasks to partner field implementing teams and make sure of implementing the projects within the scope, time and budget limits.

  • keeping close follow up on project implementation progress and solve any critical issues. 

  • Communicate effectively with field implementing partners and make sure of smooth flow of information on projects.

  • Make sure of achieving the quality standards expected. 

  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.

  • Issue appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

 

Skills and requirements: 

  • University degree in engineering, management, development, or related fields.

  • Experience in working as a Project Coordinator or similar roles.

  • Ability to prepare and design flowcharts, schedules, and timelined action plans.

  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

  • Strong teamwork skills

  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project / Microsoft Planner

  • Fluency in English and Arabic, Turkish is a plus. 

  • Ability to travel. 

 

Terms of work 

  • Full-Time Onsite

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00AM-5.00PM

  • Location: Istanbul, Anatolian side “Umraniye” with possibility to travel outside Turkey. 

  • Salary will be specified according to experience and performance assessment.
