We are Black Bird Training Center, a B2B company providing high-quality training courses to companies worldwide, including Europe, Asia, Africa, the US, and Canada, as well as online.
Our organization is structured into two primary departments:
Sales Department: Responsible for selling our courses to global companies.
Operations Department: Manage multiple tasks of our training programs, including booking venues, trainers, transportations.
We are currently seeking to expand our Operations Department and are looking for qualified candidates to join our team.
Skills Required:
English Proficiency: This is essential as you will be working with international clients.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks, from booking venues to coordinating with trainers and handling transportation.
Experience with CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM platforms is required to ensure proper tracking and management of client relationships and logistics.
