International clinics is a leading medical center in the health care field, working alongside a distinguished group of hospitals and specialized clinics under the leadership of a group of skilled and experienced doctors who carries highest certificates in the field of medical surgery and general medicine.

international clinics is now looking for a Planning manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary.

what we do?

The clinics provide medical examination and treatment services that bring comfort to patients, who have the access to all medical and surgical specialties in one place to obtain comprehensive treatment. We provide services like plastic surgeries, obesity surgeries, ophthalmology, In vitro Fertilization, Dentistry and hair transplantation.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations
• Coordinating and organizing the communication and action flow related to post sales operations all by ensuing smooth experience for the clients coming from around the globe.
• Arranging daily plans for the operation team
• Gaining full visibility on medical crew and doctors availability offering optimal timing to ensure the flow of medical operations.
• Coordinating between the planning department, sales, and the hospıtal to assure a good customer service
• Managing the planning department
• Creating daily plans for the hospitals and the captains

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
• Strong leadership skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a planner within 2 years of experience in the medical tourism field
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and Arabic languages, English is a plus.
