Key Qualifications:
• Manage and maintain the company's IT assests, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
• Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure the reliability and security of IT systems.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to enhance security and data protection.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular backups, and ensure data integrity.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for improvements.
• Train and educate employees on IT best practices and company-specific software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• A proactive attitude towards self-improvement in the IT field.
