Job Description
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers,
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs,
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships,
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling,
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction,
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule,
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments,
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports,
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services,
Receive data (Leads, Clients) Receive data from the Data management dept. on the bitrix24 CRM system,
Provide prices and detailed information about the service,
Convert data into deals, update deal stages and status depending on the interactions.
Requirements
Qualifications
· Preferably University graduate or undergraduate,
· Advanced level in English and other languages is plus,
· Proven experience in sales (healthcare or hospitality industries preferred),
· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients,
· Advanced negotiation and communication skills,
· Ability to convince the clients.
