Job Description:
As a Job Discrimination Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the coordination of design projects and client communication. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Data Management: You will be responsible for inserting and maintaining accurate data in the CRM system, ensuring that all client information and project details are up to date.
Customer Interaction: Collect information from customers, understand their requirements, and relay this information to the design team effectively.
Design Understanding: You should have the capability to read and explain design layouts to clients, helping them visualize and comprehend the design concepts effectively.
Design Solutions: Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and effective design solutions that meet client needs.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in various software is a must, including the Microsoft bundle for office tasks, AutoCAD for design drafting, and 3D software for visualizing design concepts.
Coordination: Coordinate changes and adjustments with the design team, ensuring that client feedback is effectively incorporated into the design projects.
Multilingual Communication: You should possess strong communication skills in both Turkish and English to interact with clients and the Design team to ensure clear communication throughout the design process.
Contract Preparation: Prepare contracts for clients, outlining project details, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure a clear understanding between the parties involved.
Project Finalization: Follow through and finalize designs after closing deals, ensuring that projects are completed to the client's satisfaction and within the established timelines.
