A Leading Training Company is looking for an HR and Operation Administrative Assistant to provide full line support to sales department.
Responsibilities
- Process and follow up with Trainer’s assignments.
- Searching for Trainers on Multiple Platforms (LinkedIn is a must).
- Act as a focal point between different Stakeholders.
- End to End Operation Process Registration Process,
- Handle inbound outbound Communication (calls, chats, mails, etc.. )
- Good level of word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
- Manage the meeting with trainers in collaboration with Operations Supervisor.
- Manage A good relation with the existing pool of trainers.
- Enlarging the pool of instructors with the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in HR or related field degree.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask.
- English & Arabic Speaking and writing fluency is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other word processing programs.
Preferably Lives in Beylikduzu Area
