We are looking for a professional Real Estate Call Centre representative .

The Call Centre Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service to all customers.
Expert communication and listening skills are required for this challenging and rewarding position, which frequently represents as the company’s “face” to clients.

The Call Center Representative is able to solve the problem and provide an excellent customer service by effectively listening to identify the cause of issues and communicating in a clear and professional manner.

Qualifications / Skills: Verbal communication phone skills Listening • Informing Customer focus Customer service Attention to detail Professionalism • Multi-tasking • Previous customer service experience, especially in particular industry, preferred. Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills Pleasant and trustworthy • MS Office & CRM program familiarity

Languages: fluency in  English-Arabic or English – Russian
