Responsibilities

• Liaising between the customer  and the freelancers.

• Acting as an information source and communicator for customer requirements.

• Understanding customer business needs and plans.

• Enhancing the quality of products and services delivery.

• Prepare and design of deliverable & solutions models and Products Requirements Documents (PRD’s).

• Analyzing customer  needs.

• Finding technological solutions to business requirements.

• Producing reports and analyzing deliverables and implementation outcomes.

• Running A/B tests and UAT for deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in area of expertise, or relevant field.

• 5+ years in an relevant experience.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Analytical mindset.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail.
