Must Have the Following Experience:
* 1-2 years experience in related fields.
* Quick Books experience
* Some Accounts Payable/Receivable
* Commercial and Residential Real Estate Lease Handling
* Property Management
* Deposit receivable checks/income and post into QB
* Ability to perform other duties as assigned
* Experience with interim and annual financial reporting
* Experience in feasibility and financial studies
* Advanced knowledge of Excel
Requires
* Masters/Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance is required
* Strong knowledge on Turkish finance specific process
* Excellent communicator in both Arabic and English (Turkish is a plus ).
* Meticulous and detailed nature
* Possesses teamwork, communications and management skills needed for success in a rapidly growing, changing organization.
