Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
Fluency in Arabic, English, and Turkish languages.
Skills
An individual with 2 to 5 years of experience working in an independent IT Support role.
Experience supporting Microsoft products and applications, such as Windows, Office, Windows Server, RDP, and SQL Server
Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls build by MikroTik.
Job Description
Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, computer hardware, software, systems, cameras, printers, and scanners
Installing, configuring, and resolving technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and Network Attached Storage (NAS);
Setting up accounts for new users across the network and other available applications
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person, remote sessions, or over the phone)
