Haista Clinic for hair transplant and plastic surgery in istanbul / turkey looking for human resources employee 

qualification : 

- Live in istanbul preferably in the european side 

- Must have at least 2 years experience 

- Bachelor degree in HR management or in any related field 

responsibilities 

1- recruiting, training and developing staff1

2- approving job descriptions and advertisements

3- looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees

4- organising staff training sessions and activities

5- monitoring staff performance and attendance

6-ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation

7- negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
