-          Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

• Proficiency in English

• 4 or more years’ specialized experience with HVAC design & construction specifically for industrial facilities

• Plumbing & fire protection design knowledge

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Designing mechanical building systems including HVAC and plumbing

• Communicate and coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and fire protection

• Generates overall plans, layouts, schematics, flow diagrams, for the concept and implementation phases of projects

• Experience designing HVAC and Plumbing systems for commercial and institutional facilities

·         HVAC load calculations

·         Work with construction managers for constructability reviews and resolution of issues that come up during construction

·         Coordinating with multiple disciplines and acting as project manager to ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedule

·         Understanding trends and best practices in HVAC design
